These Terms govern your use of justiciarthornespell.elitelaunchs.com and any consultation, report, or service provided by Justiciar Thorne. By using this site or submitting an application, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your country of residence. By submitting the application form you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any application from a person we reasonably believe to be under 18.
2. Nature of the services
We provide spiritual consultation, personal reflection reports, and traditional ritual work. These are offered for personal guidance, self-reflection and entertainment purposes.
Our services are not medical care, psychiatric or psychological treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for any of them. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.
3. No guarantee of outcome
This is the most important clause on this page, so we will state it plainly.
We do not guarantee any specific result. We do not promise that a particular person will contact you, return to you, change their feelings, change their behaviour, or take any action whatsoever. No practitioner can guarantee the free choices of another human being, and we make no such claim.
What we commit to is the work itself: that the consultation and ritual described will be carried out personally, carefully and in full, and that you will receive the report or confirmation you were told you would receive. Any testimonial, story or example shown on this site describes one person’s individual experience and is not a promise of what you will experience.
4. The complimentary report
The initial diagnostic report offered through the application form is provided free of charge. There is no purchase requirement to receive it, and no payment details are requested to obtain it. We may subsequently offer paid services by email; you are under no obligation to accept any of them.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate and honest information. A reading built on false details is worth nothing to you.
- Use the services lawfully and for yourself.
- Do not request work intended to harm, coerce, defraud, stalk, or interfere with another person’s safety. We refuse such requests and will cancel the engagement without refund.
- Continue any medical, psychological or legal treatment you are receiving. Never stop prescribed treatment on the basis of anything we tell you.
6. Payment
This site does not take payments. The reading you request here is free, no card details are asked for at any point, and there is no checkout.
If you later choose to arrange paid ritual work directly with us, the price, scope and delivery time will be agreed with you in writing beforehand, in USD, exclusive of any local taxes or bank charges that may apply to you. Refunds on any such arrangement are governed by our Refund Guidelines.
7. Delivery
Reports and confirmations are delivered digitally to the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to give a working address and to check your spam or promotions folder. If you have not received an expected delivery, contact justiciarthorne@gmail.com and we will resend it.
8. Confidentiality
What you share with us is held in confidence and handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We ask the same discretion of you regarding the personal details of the work carried out for you.
9. Intellectual property
All text, imagery, reports and materials on this site belong to Justiciar Thorne. You may keep and use your own report personally, but you may not resell, republish or redistribute our materials without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this site or our services is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of a relationship, loss of income, or emotional distress. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Termination
We may decline service to anyone, at our discretion, and will refund any amount paid for work not yet begun where we do so.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you use the site, dated at the top.
