Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Justiciar Thorne (“we”, “us”, “the Practice”) collects, uses, stores and protects the information you give us at justiciarthornespell.elitelaunchs.com. By using this site or submitting the application form, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We only collect what you type into the application form yourself. Specifically:

We do not ask for, collect, or store payment card details, government identification, passwords, or financial account information anywhere on this site.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and timestamps, for security and traffic analysis. If we run analytics or advertising pixels, they are listed here: none.

3. How we use your information

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you.

4. Marketing email and consent

The application form asks you to confirm, by ticking a box, that you agree to receive your analysis and subsequent updates by email. That consent is the sole legal basis on which we send you marketing messages, and you may withdraw it at any moment.

Every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You may also email justiciarthorne@gmail.com with the word “unsubscribe” and we will remove you within 10 business days. Unsubscribing stops marketing messages; we may still reply to a direct enquiry you send us.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers that make this business run, and only to the extent they need it:

We do not use a payment processor, because this site does not take payments. We do not use any advertising pixels or analytics trackers.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so by a valid court order or government request.

6. How long we keep it

We keep application data for as long as you remain subscribed, and for 24 months after your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

7. Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to:

Write to justiciarthorne@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the rights described under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell personal information as that term is defined by the CCPA.

8. Children

This site and its services are intended strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We use HTTPS encryption in transit and rely on reputable providers for storage. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you entrust to us.

10. Confidentiality of your consultation

What you write in the application form about your relationship is treated as confidential. It is read by Justiciar Thorne for the purpose of preparing your report and is not published, quoted publicly, or shared as a testimonial without your separate written permission.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be announced by email to active subscribers.
